    The DIG Block Robot Welding System introduces a breakthrough in robotic welding technology, engineered to automate the most challenging large-scale shipbuilding applications. The system adopts a large double-beam gantry structure, with multiple intelligent robots suspended from the gantry for coordinated collision-free welding in large hull sections.

    The System is based on design software data interface and data analysis technology. Through interface data analysis, the structural model from 3D design software is restored, and weld coordinates and process parameters are automatically identified, with welding programs automatically generated through parameter-driven execution.

    High Quality & Consistent Welds: The system can weld any complex panel, shape or bulkhead. All horizontal, vertical and curved welds are automatically recognized when setting up a panel. Special welding processes including multi-layer, multi-pass, and deep penetration welding have been included in the process macro library.
